Odie’s Dough operates under Odie’s Dough LLC and is protected under Wisconsin State Cottage Laws meaning all products are made in a private home not subject to state licensing or inspection.  Odie’s continuously ensures all requirements are thoroughly and properly met to safely operate.  Odie’s Dough Our website address is: http://odiesdough.com.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.  Odie’s reserves the right to delete or hide comments known to have come from unverified purchases and/or customers.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

cancellation and refund policy

Odie’s Dough and Odie’s Dough LLC understands that life happens and abrupt changes may happen resulting customers needing to cancel orders.  If you need to cancel please email odiedough22@gmail.com providing the name used to place order, items ordered, and items you want to cancel.  If order isn’t made by the time I receive and read email, you will receive a full refund.  If your order is cancelled within 4 hours of pickup, you may only be eligible to receive 50% refund.  If in the event the customer does not pick up their order in the time frame they selected, Odie’s will make an effort to contact provided contacts (phone and email).  If no contact or alternate plan is made, customer is forfeiting payment and order. If in the rare and unfortunate event you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased from Odie’s Dough, you have 7 days from pickup date to provide reason of dissatisfaction and proof of purchase to file a claim and receive a refund at Odie’s discretion.

Odie’s reserves the right to decline orders and/or customers with reasonable discretion. Odie’s reserves the right to change information and details on this page at any time.  Odie’s privacy policy page is effective starting November 30, 2022.
