STORAGE: because the seeds are sprouted after 12-18 hours soaking, this bread has a short shelf life. it is okay to store on the counter or in a bread box for 2-3 days, but this is best kept in the fridge wrapped, my top suggestions are beeswax wraps or plastic wrap. for longer preservation you can freeze this bread. the easiest way for freezer storage is slicing to preferred thickness, place wax or parchment paper between slices, and place in a freezer ziplock bag or similar. this way you can take out singular slices to toast or reheat as you like!
